Arthroscopic Primary Repair and Suture Augmentation for Combined Acute Femoral and Tibial Attachment Avulsion of Anterior Cruciate Ligament

A rare case of dual‐end ACL avulsion is treated with an arthroscopic repair technique combining suture loops and augmentation. This approach preserves the native ligament, restores biomechanical stability, and offers a viable alternative to reconstruction in select ACL injuries.
