This work proposes a new mechanism for the regulation of LDs metabolism by ANXA7/PPARγ. ANXA7 can interact with PPARγ to promote its stability. ANXA7 activation promotes PPARγ nuclear translocation, thus promoting LDs formation and interaction with mitochondria by promoting PLIN5 expression.

The T‐rGO@Au scaffold incorporates an rGO@AuNP composite photothermal coating inspired by the “antenna effect.” Under near‐infrared light irradiation, the scaffold induces the generation of reactive oxygen species (ROS) and localized thermal stimulation, leading to the effective elimination of tumor cells.
