Comparative Analysis of Energy Consumption and Performance Metrics in Fuel Cell, Battery, and Hybrid Electric Vehicles Under Varying Wind and Road Conditions

open access: yesTechnologies
As global initiatives to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and combat climate change expand, electric vehicles (EVs) powered by fuel cells and lithium-ion batteries are gaining global recognition as solutions for sustainable transportation due to their ...

Adaptor protein CIN85 potentiates the motility of osteosarcoma cells via the Akt/mTOR and MMP2‐COL3A1 axis

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
CIN85 is highly expressed in osteosarcoma, particularly in metastatic lesions. Its overexpression increases cell migration and Matrigel invasion, while silencing CIN85 suppresses these behaviors. Transcriptome analysis shows that CIN85 regulates MMP2, COL3A1, and Akt/mTOR signaling. Targeting these pathways reverses CIN85‐induced motility, highlighting

Influence of hybridisation on eco‐driving habits using realistic driving cycles

open access: yesIET Intelligent Transport Systems, 2015
This study covers three main aspects. First, it presents a way to create driving cycles using only driver behaviour (acceleration, deceleration and maximum speed) and route data as input parameters. Second, a power‐based approach to describe different vehicle architectures from internal combustion engine vehicle, over stop and start to series and ...

Longitudinal circulating tumor DNA profiling in patients with advanced endometrial cancer using an off‐the‐shelf targeted NGS panel

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Intratumour heterogeneity complicates precision management of advanced endometrial cancer. Circulating tumor DNA (ctDNA) offers a minimally invasive strategy to capture tumor evolution and therapeutic resistance. Here, we compare tumor‐agnostic NGS with tumor‐informed ddPCR, outlining their relative sensitivity, concordance, and clinical implications ...

Proteasome inhibitor, ixazomib prevents topoisomerase‐I degradation and reverses irinotecan resistance in colorectal cancer

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Ixazomib inhibits proteasome‐mediated degradation of topoisomerase I induced by irinotecan, thereby restoring drug sensitivity and promoting tumor cell death in colorectal cancer. Irinotecan, a topoisomerase I (topoI) inhibitor, is widely used for colorectal cancer, but resistance remains a major clinical challenge.

Development of the driving cycle for Ljubljana's urban environment based on actual measurements [PDF]

open access: yes, 2013
High pollution in city centres can be reduced by limiting emissions at the most critical points. Its effectiveness depends on accuracy at specifying values of traffic emissions.

Intelligent synthesis of driving cycle for advanced design and control of powertrains

open access: yes, 2018
As an important input for the simulation and design process of powertrains, a driving cycle needs to be representative of real-world driving behavior. For the purpose of reducing the time consumption in the simulation, a novel modeling method is required
