Multi‐Tissue Genetic Regulation of RNA Editing in Pigs
This study presents the first multi‐tissue map of RNA editing and its genetic regulation in pigs. By integrating RNA editing profiles, edQTL mapping, GWAS, and cross‐species comparisons, this work establishes RNA editing as a distinct regulatory layer linking genetic variation to complex traits, highlighting its functional and evolutionary significance.

SAGE is a unified framework for spatial domain identification in spatial transcriptomics that jointly models tissue architecture and gene programs. Topic‐driven gene selection (NMF plus classifier‐based scoring) highlights spatially informative genes, while dual‐view graph embedding fuses local expression and non‐local functional relations.

Evaporation‐Driven Solutal Marangoni Control of Rayleigh–Taylor Instability in Inverted Films
ABSTRACT Inverted liquid films are inherently unstable: gravity amplifies perturbations through the Rayleigh–Taylor instability (RTI), causing rupture and dripping. We show that selective evaporation in volatile binary mixtures can suppress, delay, or transform this instability by inducing solutal Marangoni stresses.

This study fabricates Fine Slag/Ti4O7@TiC hybrids with interfacial dioxygen bridge coupling to optimize oxygen redox dynamics in lithium‐oxygen batteries (LOBs). Lattice distortion from oxygen vacancies and inherent charge repulsion of Ti‐O‐C interfacial coupling reconstruct and refine the surface coordination environment.
