Bench Testing Analysis of Perforation Management in the Setting of Bifurcation Coronary Intervention
ABSTRACT Background Management of coronary perforation in bifurcation lesions with covered stents remains challenging. Aims We aimed to describe a proper practice and toolbox for “jailed‐branch” management after covered stent deployment. Methods Using a bench model, we tested various wires with a 120° angulated microcatheter for their ability to ...

ABSTRACT Background Dual antiplatelet therapy (DAPT), which combines aspirin with a P2Y12 receptor inhibitor, is considered the standard of care for patients who have had percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI). This study aimed to compare indobufen‐based (DAPT) to aspirin‐based (DAPT) after PCI.

NINJ1 mediates PMR in cardiovascular cell death, releasing DAMPs that amplify vascular inflammation. Dual NINJ1 paradox: membrane‐bound form drives endothelial NF‐κB/CXCL‐8 inflammation while soluble form provides atheroprotection. Pericyte NINJ1 regulates the critical balance between angiogenic sprouting and vessel maturation in ischaemic tissues ...

Fecal extracellular vesicles (fEVs) from DILI patients have a distinct bacterial profile. This study provides evidence that bacterial EVs enter the bloodstream. DILI and MASLD F≥3 fEVs increase the pro‐inflammatory response and hepatocyte steatosis. FEVs from DILI patients enhance the hepatotoxic potential of diclofenac.
