Intra‐Operative Lidocaine Management in the Setting of Ventricular Tachycardia Storm: A Case Report
ABSTRACT Effective management of VT storm during catheter ablation involves discontinuation of antiarrhythmic agents to facilitate VT induction for mapping of the critical isthmus. Lidocaine is an ideal agent since arrhythmias remain inducible after its discontinuation.
