I N GENERAL, reactions from drugs are usually classified as (1) allergic causing symptoms of anaphylaxis, (2) side actions causing undesirable responses apart from the main therapeutic goal, and (3) delayed toxicity causing varied pathologic syndromes usually associated with the peculiar metabolism of the drug.
