This article discusses the technology of obtaining dry extract fromthe leavesofrosemary (Rosmarinus officinalis L.), one of the medicinal plants. The pharmacologicalsignificance of biologically active compounds contained in rosemary, includingessentialoils, phenolic acids, flavonoids and diterpenoids, is analyzed.
