Low cost transceiver for DSRC applications

2006 Asia-Pacific Microwave Conference, 2006
In this paper a low cost transceiver for DSRC applications is presented. First a brief overview of the new European Standards is given followed by a possible implementation of a on board unit (OBU). The implementation proposed for the RF part can be implemented with very low cost components, making this solution viable for the huge DSRC market.

WAVE design for next DSRC applications

2010 Wireless Telecommunications Symposium (WTS), 2010
In terms of wireless communication network, especially automotive network becomes hot topics such as DSRC (Dedicated Short Range Communication) and or WAVE (Wireless Access in Vehicle Environment). And there are also other existing mobile communications available for automotive. But in WAVE (DSRSC) activities in world wide i.e.

Matnetic tripolarizaiton antenna for DSRC applications

2015 International Workshop on Antenna Technology (iWAT), 2015
A magnetic tripolarization antenna is proposed for DSRC (Dedicated Short Range Communication) applications. A conventional patch antenna, which is usually used to generate the horizontal polarization, is modified to generate the perpendicular polarizations by including the ring slots.

Reusable SOLS structures for DSRC Communications

2015 International Conference on Smart Technologies and Management for Computing, Communication, Controls, Energy and Materials (ICSTM), 2015
DSRC (Dedicated Short Range Communication) is a protocol mainly used for intelligent transportation system. The information signals transmitted by this protocol are encoded by using either FM0 or Manchester codes. The code diversity between these two codes limits the designing of a VLSI architecture that supports the both.

Efficient and High Fidelity DSRC Simulation

2018
Connected vehicle applications rely on Dedicated Short-Range Communications (DSRC) technology for exchange of critical safety and efficiency information. The performance of underlying DSRC network greatly impacts how the applications perform. However, it is very difficult, if not impossible, to evaluate application performance under different DSRC ...

AMAC scheduling: To optimize QOS for DSRC

2016 IEEE International Conference on Recent Trends in Electronics, Information & Communication Technology (RTEICT), 2016
Vehicle to Vehicle communication is comes under ehicular ad-hoc network (VANET). VANET uses the concept of mobile ad-hoc network. VANET gives flexibility to communicate between high speeds vehicles and create a network. VANET classification is done in three different category such as Vehicle to Infrastructure (V2I), Vehicle to Vehicle (V2V) and Hybrid ...
