Decision Support Systems in Forestry and Tree-Planting Practices and the Prioritization of Ecosystem Services: A Review

open access: yesLand
In this study, tree-selection/plantation decision support systems (DSSs) were reviewed and evaluated against essential objectives in the available literature. We verified whether existing DSSs leverage multiple data sources and available online resources

Long‐time coherent integration for high dynamic DSSS signal [PDF]

open access: yesThe Journal of Engineering, 2019
A novel coherent integration method for high dynamics direct sequences spread spectrum (DSSS) signal is presented. The presented method is based on adjacent cross‐correlation function (ACCF) and Lv's distribution (LVD). ACCF is firstly used to compensate the code phase drift and reduce the Doppler frequency migration order.

Drivers of clinical resistance to venetoclax and hypomethylating agents in acute myeloid leukemia and strategies for improving efficacy

open access: yesHemaSphere, Volume 10, Issue 1, January 2026.
ABSTRACT The B‐cell lymphoma 2 (BCL‐2) inhibitor venetoclax (VEN) in combination with hypomethylating agents (HMAs) has improved treatment outcomes for acute myeloid leukemia (AML) patients unfit for intensive chemotherapy and is increasingly used in the relapsed/refractory setting. However, primary resistance remains a significant challenge, affecting

Association between plasma p‐tau181 levels and the evolution of cognitive and physical performance in a cohort of cognitively impaired older adults with frailty criteria: Longitudinal data from the CogFrail study

open access: yesAlzheimer's &Dementia: Translational Research &Clinical Interventions, Volume 12, Issue 1, January/March 2026.
Abstract INTRODUCTION Evidence linking plasma phosphorylated tau (p‐tau)181 to cognitive decline comes from studies conducted in younger, selected research populations, raising questions about the generalizability of these findings to older adults meeting frailty criteria.

Performance analysis of DSSS system with periodic sequence against CW interference1

open access: yesTongxin xuebao, 2007
Based on the brief account of the performance analysis result of direct sequence spread spectrum(DSSS) system against single tone continuous wave(CW) interference obtained from the traditional stand Gaussian approximation(SGA) hypothesis, the mathematical

Noncoherent SPRT-based acquisition scheme for DSSS [PDF]

open access: yesElectronics Letters, 1998
A noncoherent sequential PN code acquisition scheme is proposed. The out-of-phase and on-phase sequences are properly modelled to avoid significantly high error probabilities occurring with the conventional SPRT-based acquisition. In addition, data modulation and frequency offset can be effectively overcome using this technique.

Acceleration‐Aware Estimation and Compensation of Doppler Scale for Mobile UWA OFDM Systems

open access: yesIET Communications, Volume 20, Issue 1, January/December 2026.
We propose a novel method to estimate and compensate for the Doppler scale caused by acceleration in orthogonal frequency division multiplexing (OFDM)‐based underwater acoustic (UWA) systems. Simulation results under additive white Gaussian noise (AWGN), synthetic multipath and realistic waymark channel conditions demonstrate that the proposed approach

New Mechanisms of Resistance to CAA and OSBPI Fungicides in Phytophthora infestans

open access: yesPlant Pathology, Volume 75, Issue 1, January/February 2026.
This study presents the first report of the mechanism behind mandipropamid resistance in Phytophthora infestans, the newly discovered presence of combined resistance to CAAs and OXTP in potato fields and recommendations for revised fungicide management strategies for potato late blight control. ABSTRACT Field observations from Denmark in 2021 suggested

Precision Agriculture Technologies in Morocco: State of the Art and Exploration of Company Experience

open access: yesAdvances in Agriculture, Volume 2026, Issue 1, 2026.
The literature has defined the potential benefits of using precision agriculture (PA) technologies (preservation of natural resources, savings on inputs, efficiency of agricultural interventions, etc.). However, the adoption of these innovations remains dependent on factors linked to the farmer, his environment, and, in some cases, the technology ...
