Enhanced mitochondrial activity reshapes a gut microbiota profile that delays NASH progression

open access: yesHepatology, EarlyView., 2022
Improved mitochondrial activity, due to the lack of methylation‐controlled J protein (MCJ), creates a specific microbiota signature that when transferred through cecal microbiota transplantation delays NASH progression by restoring the gut‐liver axis and enhancing hepatic fatty acid oxidation.

Research on heavy metal removal from wastewater by DTC with different structure(不同结构DTC用于重金属废水处理试验研究)

open access: yesZhejiang Daxue xuebao. Lixue ban, 2014

DTC: Deep Tracking Control

open access: yesScience Robotics
Legged locomotion is a complex control problem that requires both accuracy and robustness to cope with real-world challenges. Legged systems have traditionally been controlled using trajectory optimization with inverse dynamics. Such hierarchical model-based methods are appealing because of intuitive cost function tuning, accurate planning ...

How Has the Rise of Direct-To-Consumer Genetic Testing Impacted Genetic Counselling Practice? A Scoping Review. [PDF]

open access: yesClin Genet
This scoping review consolidated research on genetic health practitioners' (GHPs) and direct to consumer genetic testing (DTC‐GT) consumer needs and identified gaps. Thematic analysis identified four domains: GHPs' views, GHPs' perceptions of the impact of DTC‐GT on consumers, how DTC‐GT impacted services and how DTC‐GT impacted roles.
