A Microprocessor-Controlled Dual-Channel Stimulator
IEEE Transactions on Biomedical Engineering, 1980A programmable pulsed stimulator, presently applied to cardiac pacing, is described. The salient features are dual-channel current output, each of which can supply up to four pulses as well as a pulse tain, with pulse width and delay entered via keyboard, and front panel display of all pulse parameters simultaneously.

Dual Channel Hypergraph Collaborative Filtering
Proceedings of the 26th ACM SIGKDD International Conference on Knowledge Discovery & Data Mining, 2020Collaborative filtering (CF) is one of the most popular and important recommendation methodologies in the heart of numerous recommender systems today. Although widely adopted, existing CF-based methods, ranging from matrix factorization to the emerging graph-based methods, suffer inferior performance especially when the data for training are very ...

Automatically sweeping dual-channel boxcar integrator
Review of Scientific Instruments, 1978An automatically sweeping dual-channel boxcar integrator has been developed to automate the search for a signal that repeatedly follows a trigger pulse by a constant or slowly varying time delay when that signal is completely hidden in random electrical noise and dc-offset drifts.

Dual channels noise cancelling system
Proceedings of 2001 International Symposium on Intelligent Multimedia, Video and Speech Processing. ISIMP 2001 (IEEE Cat. No.01EX489), 2002To realize speaker-free speech recognition with DSP, a 2-channel recording system was developed and used to set up a speech library. The filters, including a high-pass filter, an LMS adaptive filter and a combination of these two, were adopted to separate a speaker's voice from a noisy background.

Adding a second channel to a Fourier analyzer greatly increases its capability by allowing investigation of the relationship between two signals which occur simultaneously. A number of important two-channel frequency functions can be measured, all derived from the cross-power spectral function.

Dual-channel polarization imaging spectrometer
SPIE Proceedings, 2011A static dual-channel polarization imaging spectrometer which can simultaneously acquire inphase and antiphase interference images by using a single CCD camera is presented theoretically. The increase of interference signal together with the extractions of the pure image and the pure fringes can be achieved from the summation and the difference of ...

Dual channel light pulse exposure timer
Medical Engineering & Physics, 2003An instrument has been developed for routine measurement of pulse durations of lasers and pulsed light sources. A four digit light emitting diode (LED) count display is used with a range of selectable clock rates in five decades from 1 MHz to 100 Hz with a longest time duration corresponding to 99.99 s.

Dual‐channel heterodyne microscope: new functions
Journal of Microscopy, 2010SummaryQuantitative assessment of critical dimensions of sub‐wavelength structures, dark‐field and bright‐field modes of operation, recognition of nonpatterned anisotropic surfaces, and three‐dimensional profiling of opaque and transparent samples are the new features of a super‐resolution dual‐channel heterodyne microscope that was introduced in a ...

InGaP/InGaAs dual-channel transistor
The Fourth International Workshop on Junction Technology, 2004. IWJT '04., 2004An interesting InGaP/InGaAs heterostructure field-effect transistor utilizing dual /spl delta/-doped quantum wells as double channels is studied and demonstrated. The employed dual /spl delta/-doped quantum wells and InGaP layer provide good carrier confinement and Schottky behavior, respectively.

Dual-channel auditory spectrum modeling
1997 IEEE International Conference on Acoustics, Speech, and Signal Processing, 2002We propose a new approach to the modeling of speech based on cues from the peripheral auditory system. Our approach attempts to incorporate the dynamic adaptation of biological auditory systems to varying sound by simplistically formulating a dual-processing strategy that treats unvoiced and voiced speech as deserving of different processing ...
