High‐Performance Coplanar Dual‐Channel a‐InGaZnO/a‐InZnO Semiconductor Thin‐Film Transistors with High Field‐Effect Mobility

Advanced Electronic Materials, 2021
An amorphous indium gallium zinc oxide (a‐IGZO) layer is deposited on very thin conductive amorphous indium zinc oxide (a‐IZO) thin film to demonstrate high‐performance, coplanar thin‐film transistors (TFTs) with dual‐channel oxide semiconductor ...

A dual-channel IEGT

Microelectronics Journal, 2001
A Dual Channel Injection Enhanced Gate Transistor (DC-IEGT) device structure which allows for an additional p-channel to collect holes during turn-off is proposed and analysed in detail by extensive two-dimensional simulations. The DC-IEGT shows overall superior performance over the conventional IEGT and IGBT and is characterised by low on-state ...

Optimal trade credit coordination policy in dual-channel supply chain with consumer transfer

International Journal of Production Research, 2022
The boom in online sales has inspired the enthusiasm of manufacturers to include their own online sale channel with the retailer’s offline channel. This paper investigates the impact of consumer transfer in a capital-constraint dual-channel supply chain ...

Smart dual-response probe reveals an increase of GSH level and viscosity in Cisplatin-induced apoptosis and provides dual-channel imaging for tumor

Sensors and Actuators B: Chemical, 2021
Both glutathione (GSH) and viscosity play an important role in mitochondria. They are closely related to various physiological and pathological processes and are important biomarkers in cancer analysis.

A Microprocessor-Controlled Dual-Channel Stimulator

IEEE Transactions on Biomedical Engineering, 1980
A programmable pulsed stimulator, presently applied to cardiac pacing, is described. The salient features are dual-channel current output, each of which can supply up to four pulses as well as a pulse tain, with pulse width and delay entered via keyboard, and front panel display of all pulse parameters simultaneously.

Dual-channel inline coherent imaging

Applied Optics, 2019
We present a dual-channel inline coherent imaging system for laser machining monitoring using a single spectrometer. Sensitivity enhancement due to the added signal of the two input channels is demonstrated with a maximum sensitivity of 99 dB at a 73 kHz acquisition rate.

Low-Price Guarantees in a Dual-Channel of Distribution

SSRN Electronic Journal, 2020
In a dual channel, the manufacturer's low-price guarantee facilitates price discrimination and channel coordination and the manufacturer may choose price-beating, price-matching, or no guarantee.

Spectral Dual-Channel Encoding for Image Dehazing

IEEE Transactions on Circuits and Systems for Video Technology, 2023
In recent years, deep learning-based dehazing models have presented a momentum of dramatic growth. Unfortunately, most deep learning-based approaches heavily rely on synthetically hazed images for model training, which makes these methods brittle to restore hazy images taken from real-world scenes, due to the sample distribution discrepancy between ...
