Synchronized dual-polarity electrospray ionization mass spectrometry [PDF]
Journal of the American Society for Mass Spectrometry, 2009 This work describes the synchronized dual-polarity (DP) electrospray ionization (ESI) method and demonstrates the first DP ESI mass spectra obtained using two mass spectrometers. Stable double Taylor cones were produced by applying two counter electric voltages with opposite polarities to one electrosprayer.

FEBS Letters, EarlyView.Food allergy arises when allergen‐specific B cells preferentially produce immunoglobulin E (IgE) antibodies against harmless foods. This article explains the mechanisms driving IgE‐mediated reactions, highlights the central role of these B cells, and discusses how natural tolerance (NT) and oral immunotherapy (OIT) can reshape allergic immune responses.
