A Systematic Comparison of Alpha‐Synuclein Seed Amplification Assays for Increasing Reproducibility
ABSTRACT Seed amplification assays (SAAs) enable ultrasensitive detection of misfolded α‐synuclein across biofluids and tissues. Yet, heterogeneity in protocols limits cross‐study comparability and clinical translation. Here, we review α‐synuclein SAA methods and their performance across various biological matrices.

Switching strategy for isolated dual‐active‐bridge converter
The operating characteristics of a dual‐active‐bridge (DAB) converter are generally poor when using the single‐phase‐shift (SPS) control strategy while working with a light load or when the input voltage and the output voltage are not matched with the transformer ratio.
