Dual-band dual-polarized transmitarrays at Ka-band
2017 11th European Conference on Antennas and Propagation (EUCAP), 2017Transmitarray antennas with dual-band and dual-polarization capabilities are studied here numerically. The antennas are designed based on linearly-polarized unit-cells working at Ka-band for satellite applications. The unit-cells include two printed patches and a connecting via; a 180° phase shift is obtained by rotating one of the patches.

Concurrent dual-band LNA for dual-system dual-band GNSS receiver
Analog Integrated Circuits and Signal Processing, 2013Two concurrent dual-band low-noise amplifiers (LNAs) for GNSS applications are presented. They adopted resistive load and LC resonator load, respectively. On-chip circuits are used for biasing the main amplifiers and active baluns are used for single-ended-to-differential conversions.

A dual‐band bandpass filter based on dual‐band DBR
Microwave and Optical Technology Letters, 2011AbstractA dual‐band bandpass filter using a new dual‐band dual‐behavior resonator (DBR) structure is proposed. The new dual‐band DBR consists of only two stopband elements connected in parallel. One is a uniform impedance open‐circuited stub and the other is a stepped impedance open‐circuited stub.

Dual-band, dual-polarized microstrip reflectarray antenna in Ku band
2012 Loughborough Antennas & Propagation Conference (LAPC), 2012This paper presents a dual-band single layer printed reflectarray antenna with closely separated frequency bands centered at 12 and 14 GHz. The novel unit cell, with which the antenna has been designed, consists of a printed cross-dipole and a split ring element mounted on the same substrate, providing the antenna with dual polarization capability at ...

Dual‐band shorted patch antenna for dual ISM‐band application
Microwave and Optical Technology Letters, 2001AbstractA novel shorted patch antenna with a shorted parasitic patch for dual‐band operation is proposed. The upper and lower operating frequencies are, respectively, controlled by the driven and parasitic patches, which are both operated as a quarter‐wavelength structure in the proposed design. A prototype of the proposed design for achieving dual ISM‐

Dual-Band Pattern Reconfigurable 5G Antenna using Dual-Band BLC
2018 IEEE Conference on Antenna Measurements & Applications (CAMA), 2018A design of two elements pattern reconfigurable dual-band (2.6/3.6 GHz) and broadband Multiple Input Multiple Output (MIMO) antenna for excepted 5G wireless communication systems is proposed in this paper. The antenna structure is simple, compact and only occupied a small space of 18×5.5×4.5 mm 3 .

Dual-Band Dual-Mode Antenna with Polarization Diversity
Radioelectronics and Communications Systems, 2021A compact dual-band dual-mode and dual-polarized (DBDMDP) antenna based on an asymmetrical Y-shaped microstrip line feeding along with a square ring radiator is proposed. The structure is loaded with two pairs of L-strips to extend the lower mode bandwidth (center frequency fc = 9.36 GHz).

Dual-Mode Dual-Band Filter With Band Notch Structures
IEEE Microwave and Wireless Components Letters, 2010A novel approach for designing dual-mode dual-band bandpass filters is proposed and experimentally studied. By embedding a pair of slits in the square patch, the dual-band response is realized and one transmission zero is introduced between the two passbands.

New dual-band band-pass filter design with enhanced dual-band skirt characteristics
2013 Asia-Pacific Microwave Conference Proceedings (APMC), 2013A new frequency transformation concept is proposed to overcome the skirt characteristic of dual-band bandpass filters (BPF) caused by the conventional frequency transformation method. The new frequency transformation incorporates an extra frequency parameter to achieve additional rejection function in the high-frequency stop-band.
