Channel Prices of a Homogenous Product in a Dual-Channel Monopoly

We study the pricing strategy of a monopolist selling a product through stores in two channels, but under single management (or coordinated management). We find that the monopolist generally charges a higher price in the brick-and-mortar store than the price charged in the Internet store.

We present a dual-channel inline coherent imaging system for laser machining monitoring using a single spectrometer. Sensitivity enhancement due to the added signal of the two input channels is demonstrated with a maximum sensitivity of 99 dB at a 73 kHz acquisition rate.
