Dual Quantum Zeno Superdense Coding [PDF]
AbstractQuantum superdense coding enables a sender to encode a two-bit classical message in one qubit using the preshared entanglement. In this paper, we develop a superdense coding protocol using a dual quantum Zeno (DQZ) gate to take the full advantage of quantum superdense coding from the complete Bell-state analysis.

Hermitian Self-Dual Abelian Codes [PDF]
Hermitian self-dual abelian codes in a group ring Fq2[G], where Fq2 is a finite field of order q2 and G is a finite abelian group, are studied. Using the well-known discrete Fourier transform decomposition for a semisimple group ring, a characterization of Hermitian self-dual abelian codes in Fq2[G] is given, together with an alternative proof of ...

Classification of quaternary Hermitian self-dual codes of length 20 [PDF]
A classification of quaternary Hermitian self-dual codes of length 20 is given. Using this classification, a classification of extremal quaternary Hermitian self-dual codes of length 22 is also given.Comment: 9 pages.

Near-Extremal Type I Self-Dual Codes with Minimal Shadow over GF(2) and GF(4)
Binary self-dual codes and additive self-dual codes over GF(4) contain common points. Both have Type I codes and Type II codes, as well as shadow codes. In this paper, we provide a comprehensive description of extremal and near-extremal Type I codes over

Catalytic quantum error correction [PDF]
We develop the theory of entanglement-assisted quantum error correcting (EAQEC) codes, a generalization of the stabilizer formalism to the setting in which the sender and receiver have access to pre-shared entanglement.

Polycyclic Codes and Their Application in Constructing AEAQECCs
In this article, we study polycyclic codes over the ring R=Fq[v]/⟨v2−1⟩, where q=pm with p being an odd prime. First, we introduce polycyclic codes and sequential codes over R, and characterize the structural properties of these polycyclic codes.

On Z₂Z₂[u³]-Additive Cyclic and Complementary Dual Codes
Aydogdu et al. studied the standard forms of generator and parity-check matrices of $\mathbb {Z}_{2}\mathbb {Z}_{2}[u^{3}]$ -additive codes, and presented generators of $\mathbb {Z}_{2}\mathbb {Z}_{2}[u^{3}]$ -additive cyclic codes (Finite Fields Appl.

Application of Constacyclic codes to Quantum MDS Codes
Quantum maximal-distance-separable (MDS) codes form an important class of quantum codes. To get $q$-ary quantum MDS codes, it suffices to find linear MDS codes $C$ over $\mathbb{F}_{q^2}$ satisfying $C^{\perp_H}\subseteq C$ by the Hermitian construction ...
