Non-dual fuzzy connections

Archive for Mathematical Logic, 2004
The present paper introduces and studies fuzzy conjugated pairs, with their underlying closure operators and hierarchical structure. Isotone versions of fuzzy Galois connections and closure operators are also studied, arguing that they are not dual to the antitone ones, but providing quite similar results about them.

Parallel Connected Dual-Mode Filter

IEEE Microwave and Wireless Components Letters, 2015
Theory of parallel connected dual pole topology is introduced in this letter. The general transfer function of N transversal array is derived where the filtering function is mapped to Chebyshev polynomial in which all the coupling values are extracted. To demonstrate the feasibility of the approach two 2-stage bandpass dual mode filter prototypes based

Overview of LTE-NR Dual Connectivity

IEEE Communications Magazine, 2019
The initial components of New Radio (NR) technology are being discussed within the 3GPP with the aim of not only satisfying the urgent needs of the 5G market but also the long-term requirements that network operators want to provide to customers. An expected solution to start delivering value immediately for the 5G systems is represented by LTE-NR ...

Dual radio networks : capacity and connectivity

2007 5th International Symposium on Modeling and Optimization in Mobile, Ad Hoc and Wireless Networks and Workshops, 2007
Motivated by the proliferation of dual radio devices, we consider a wireless network model in which all devices have short-range transmission capability, but a subset of the nodes has a secondary long-range wireless interface. For the resulting class of random graph models, we present analytical bounds for both the connectivity and the max-flow min-cut

On splitting triplets: beyond dual connectives

Proceedings of 1995 IEEE International Conference on Fuzzy Systems. The International Joint Conference of the Fourth IEEE International Conference on Fuzzy Systems and The Second International Fuzzy Engineering Symposium, 2002
We study in detail triplets (S,T,N) where S is a t-conorm, T is a t-norm, N is an strong negation and S(T(x,y)),T(x,N(y))=x. We show how several convenient properties for fuzzy connectives and in these triplets the only possible solution. >

Uplink Power Control for Dual Connectivity

2014 IEEE 17th International Conference on Computational Science and Engineering, 2014
Small cell enhancement is a key technology to meet future network capacity demands. Dual connectivity has been introduced in LTE Release 12 to enhance the LTE operation in heterogeneous deployments and improve the overall system performance. However, in the scenarios of dual connectivity, due to distributed scheduling in two eNodeBs (eNBs) connected ...

Dual affine-metrically connected spaces

Russian Mathematics, 2009
In this paper we study the dual geometry of a normalized affinely connected space An,n. In particular, we consider the dual affine-metrically connected spaces \( \mathop M\limits^p _{n,n} \) induced by a nondegenerate normalization of an affine-metrically connected space Mn,n.

Self-dual connections, torsion and Ashtekar’s variables

Journal of Mathematical Physics, 1992
Two identities are derived in terms of an arbitrary self-dual connection and the associated spin connection which show that torsion contributes to the simple complex-valued structure of the Hamiltonian and vector constraints in Ashtekar’s formulation of canonical gravity.

On Dual Connectivity in 6G Leo Constellation

2024 IEEE International Mediterranean Conference on Communications and Networking (MeditCom)
Dual connectivity (DC) has garnered significant attention in 5G evolution, allowing for enhancing throughput and reliability by leveraging the channel conditions of two paths. However, when the paths exhibit different delays, such as in terrestrial and non-terrestrial integrated networks with multi-orbit topologies or in networks characterized by ...
