雙元自主協調模式初探—以憂鬱症青少女的復原軌跡為例

本研究引用雙元自主模式與雙元孝道模式（葉光輝，2009、2013）提出雙元自主協調模式之觀點，關注本土青少年處於華人與西方文化的交互衝擊，及代間傳遞下的受苦處境，並循此發展適切的諮商策略。過去研究指出青少年女生比男生有較低的自尊評價與較高的憂鬱情緒，顯示憂鬱青少女亟需獲得適切的了解與協助。本文即是以此模式透過個案研究取向協助憂鬱症青少女進行 27 次諮商，並以內容分析法進行資料分析。結果顯示個案的個體化自主性與關係自主性均朝向雙元自主整合發展，臨床評估其情緒與人際皆獲得顯著改善
