雙元自主協調模式初探—以憂鬱症青少女的復原軌跡為例

本研究引用雙元自主模式與雙元孝道模式 (葉光輝,2009、2013) 提出雙元 自主協調模式之觀點 ,關注本土青少年處於華人與西方文化的交互衝擊,及代間 傳遞下的受苦處境, 並循此發展適切的諮商策略 。過去研究指出青少年女生比男 生有較低的自尊評價與較高的憂鬱情緒,顯示憂鬱青少女亟需獲得適切的了解與 協助。本文即是以此模式透過個案研究取向協助憂鬱症青少女進行 27 次諮商, 並以內容分析法進行資料分析 。 結果顯示個案的個體化自主性與關係自主性均朝 向雙元自主整合發展,臨床評估其情緒與人際皆獲得顯著改善
