Dual‐port dual‐polarized microstrip antenna
Microwave and Optical Technology Letters, 2002AbstractExperimental and simulated results for a dual‐port dual‐polarized microstrip antenna are presented. The antenna excites two orthogonally polarized resonant frequencies providing an isolation of ∼30 dB between the ports. The patch geometry consists of two circular arcs of different radii with their centers displaced by a distance.

Dual polarized dual‐band MIMO antenna
Microwave and Optical Technology Letters, 2016ABSTRACTFor multiple‐input‐multiple‐output (MIMO) system a dual‐band dual‐polarized antenna is presented. The antenna which is presented in this thesis produces a linearly polarized and circularly polarized radiation fields. The measured return losses of −18.89 and −21.86 dB are achieved at 2.43 GHz and 3.22 GHz, respectively.

Dual-band dual-polarization antenna array
2014 International Symposium on Antennas and Propagation Conference Proceedings, 2014This paper is proposed a dual-band dual-polarization antenna array. This antenna is combined by one 2 × 2 dual-polarization patch antenna array and two 1 × 4 dipole antenna arrays operated in ISM 2.4-Ghz/5.2-GHz band. For the purpose to achieve dual band operation, the microstrip line diplexer is applied to combine two antenna operated in 2.4-GHz and 5.

A novel circularly polarized / dual band dual polarized antenna using metasurface
2015 IEEE International Symposium on Antennas and Propagation & USNC/URSI National Radio Science Meeting, 2015In this paper a novel circular polarized/dual band dual polarized antenna has been proposed, which is validated experimentally using the meta-surface. First a 450 rotated rectangular loop based meta-surface is excited with a patch radiator to obtain the dual band dual polarized operation.

Enhanced dual polarization directional coupler for dual polarization beam forming networks
2000 IEEE MTT-S International Microwave Symposium Digest (Cat. No.00CH37017), 2002Directional couplers and fixed phase shifters are the key components for the realization of beam forming networks. Usually a beam forming network feeds the antenna with two linear and orthogonal polarizations. Dual polarization components can be used to reduce complexity and size of a beam forming network.
