We propose a unified conceptual and mathematical framework in which gravity exists in two conserved and interacting modes: Attractive Gravity (AG), which is locally bound to mass, and Repellent Gravity (RG), which exists as a free, dispersed substrate permeating the cosmos.

Dual-band dual-orthogonal-polarization antenna element [PDF]
A dual-band, dual-orthogonally-polarized antenna element includes a dielectric substrate having a conductor layer that includes a square ring slot and a shorted square ring, with each having a pair of orthogonal feed points. The shorted square ring is fed with coaxial probe feeds, while the square ring slot feeds striplines terminated in open-circuited

FINAL Version (LaTeX PDF) The Dual-Polarity Gravity (DPG) framework introduces a coherent physical ontology for gravity by treating it as a conserved two-phase field: Attractive Gravity (AG), bound to mass, and Repellent Gravity (RG), the pervasive substrate that fills spacetime.
