Burnout and reciprocity: Towards a dual-level social exchange model
A tentative dual-level social exchange model of burnout and organizational commitment is proposed that includes social exchange relationships at the interpersonal level (i.e. between human services professional, or caregiver, and recipient) as well as at the organizational level (i.e. between employees and organization).

On the convergence of the dual reciprocity boundary element method
Engineering Analysis With Boundary Elements, 1994Abstract This paper presents a study of the convergence properties of the dual reciprocity method (DRM). DRM is one of the most popular techniques used to transform volume integrals that arise, for example, from the inhomogeneous term of Poisson's equation, into equivalent boundary integrals in the boundary element method (BEM). The transformation is

Simulation of two-dimensional contaminant transport with dual reciprocity boundary elements
Here the dual reciprocity boundary element method is used for the simulation of two-dimensional contaminant transport problems in porous media. In the governing equation, the time-dependent and convective terms are approximated using the dual reciprocity
