Structural Health Monitoring of Cracked Beam by the Dual Reciprocity Boundary Element Method
Advanced Materials Research, 2012In this paper a 2D boundary element model is used to characterize the transient response of a piezoelectric based structural health monitoring system for cracked beam. The BE model is written for piezoelectric non-homogeneous problem employing generalized displacements.

A new approach to magnetic field analysis by the dual reciprocity boundary element method
International Journal for Numerical Methods in Engineering, 1993AbstractThis paper presents an application of the dual reciprocity boundary element method to non‐linear magnetic field analysis. Advanced techniques employed in the procedure include discontinuous elements, quasi‐singular and hyper‐singular integration schemes and the Galerkin formulation.

The use of dual reciprocity boundary element method in thermoelasticity and thermoviscoelasticity
2020A boundary element (BE) formulation together with its computer implementation is presented for the analysis of thermoviscoelasticity problems. The formulation contains the thermoelastic material as a special case. The boundary-only-nature of BE method (BEM) is retained through the use of dual reciprocity method (DRM); here, the particular solutions are

The Dual Reciprocity Boundary Element Method (DRBEM) in nonlinear acoustic wave propagation
2008In this paper a novel application of the Boundary Element Method (BEM) to nonlinear acoustic field is presented. The resulting integral equations require the evaluation of a domain integral. The Dual Reciprocity Boundary Element Method is used to transfer the domain integral to boundary integrals.
