Exploiting Biocatalysis for the Scalable Synthesis of Enantiopure γ‐Hydroxynitrile Building Blocks
European Journal of Organic Chemistry, EarlyView.Screening a panel of (S)‐and (R)‐selective alcohol dehydrogenases identified several biocatalysts for stereoselectively reducing γ‐ketonitriles into γ‐hydroxynitriles.
