Deubiquitylating enzymes and their emerging role in plant biology
Ubiquitylation is a reversible post-translational modification that is involved in various cellular pathways and that thereby regulates various aspects of plant biology. For a long time, functional studies of ubiquity lion have focused on the function of

Unveil Fundamental Graph Properties for Neural Architecture Search
This paper proposes NASGraph, a graph‐based framework that represents neural architectures as graphs whose structural properties determine performance. By revealing structure–performance relationships, NASGraph enables efficient neural architecture search with significantly reduced computation.

Alterations in protein ubiquitylation and hypoxia are commonly associated with cancer. Ubiquitylation is carried out by three sequentially acting ubiquitylating enzymes and can be opposed by deubiquitinases (DUBs), which have emerged as promising drug targets.

USP35 Acts as a Deubiquitinating Enzyme for ID3 to Promote Immune Escape in Colorectal Cancer
USP35 stabilizes ID3 expression by deubiquitinating the K2/K30 site, thereby upregulating PD‐L1 and promoting immune escape in colorectal cancer. IU1, an inhibitor of USP35 enzyme activity, has been shown to inhibit USP35, thereby accelerating ID3 degradation, enhancing CD8+ T cell killing, and reversing the immunosuppressive microenvironment ...

Hochschuldidaktik. Ein programmatischer Beitrag aufgrund langer Erfahrung
Leider ist die hochschuldidaktische Forschung in den deutschsprachigen Ländern immer noch zu wenig entwickelt. Hingegen bemühen sich immer mehr Hochschulen und Verbünde um einen gezielten Aufbau der hochschuldidaktischen Kurse.

We identify an antagonistic ubiquitin circuit that controls cellular permissiveness to multiple coronaviruses. The deubiquitinase USP7 stabilizes the epigenetic regulator KDM6A to upregulate viral receptors, while the E3 ligase RNF40 degrades KDM6A by catalyzing K6/K11‐ubiquitin chains of KDM6A for autophagic degradation.

This study demonstrates that inflammatory stimuli induce the acetylation‐triggered, chaperone‐mediated autophagic degradation of ubiquitin‐specific peptidase 9 X‐linked (USP9X) in macrophages. USP9X acts as a macrophage “inflammation switch” after myocardial infarction (MI). USP9X loss destabilizes tumor necrosis factor receptor‐associated factor (TRAF)

A large variety of chemistry‐based ubiquitin probes have been developed. ABSTRACT Ubiquitin (Ub) and ubiquitin‐like proteins (Ubls) orchestrate diverse cellular processes through reversible post‐translational modification of target proteins. Their conjugation is governed by a cascade of E1 activating, E2 conjugating, and E3 ligating enzymes, while ...
