Synaptic Plasticity and Visual Memory in a Neuromorphic 2D Memitter Based on WS2 Monolayers
Neuromorphic computing harnesses adaptive materials to mimic the processing capabilities of biological neuronal circuits. In this context, the stimuli‐responsive photoluminescence of monolayer WS2 based 2D memitter (i.e., emitter with memory) is exploited for neuromorphic‐type of data processing.
