This study presents a vascularized 3D tumor model to investigate immune–stromal–tumor interactions under allogeneic PBMC perfusion. While immune cells induced tumor shrinkage, they also promoted vascular regression, stromal activation, and cancer cell invasion.

This study reveals that m6A regulators cooperatively upregulate BGN in melanoma, promoting malignancy. Within the tumor microenvironment, CAFs show highest BGN expression. The BGN/MDK axis mediates cancer‐stroma crosstalk, driving normal fibroblast (NF) activation and enhancing the pro‐tumor effect of CAFs, highlighting a promising therapeutic target ...

This study integrates multi‐omics to reveal the critical role of UBE2T in driving malignancy and stromal co‐evolution in PDAC. UBE2T potentiates glycolysis by regulating p53 degradation via a positive feedback loop, thereby promoting histone H3 lysine 18 lactylation in CAFs and stromal deposition. The UBE2T inhibitor PGG represents a potential strategy

Targeting Lactate and Lactylation in Cancer Metabolism and Immunotherapy
Lactate, once deemed a metabolic waste, emerges as a central regulator of cancer progression. This review elucidates how lactate and its epigenetic derivative, protein lactylation, orchestrate tumor metabolism, immune suppression, and therapeutic resistance.

Dynamic instability of ducts conveying fluid [PDF]
A finite element analysis was used to study dynamic instability in ducts conveying high speed fluids. Ducts examined include cantilevered curved, flexibly supported, arbitrarily shaped, and composite duct systems. Partial differential equations were used

We established patient‐derived SWN cell lines and orthotopic PDX models that recapitulate patient pain phenotypes, alongside a novel intravital DRG imaging platform to track macrophage infiltration and neuronal pain responses. Using these models, we define HMGB1–CCL2–IL‐6 signaling crosstalk driving pain and identify EGF signaling as a key regulator of

Sound diffraction at wall impedance discontinuities in a circular cylinder, investigated using Wiener-Hopf technique [PDF]
Rigorous solutions are presented for sound diffraction in a circular cylinder with axial discontinuities of the wall admittance (or impedance). Analytical expressions are derived for the reflection and the transmission coefficients for duct modes.

In pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC), insulin is associated with activation of PI3K/AKT–RAB3A signaling and enhanced secretion of TNFAIP8‐enriched exosomes from tumor cells. Uptake of these exosomes by fibroblasts is linked to TRIM21‐dependent STAT1 degradation and the emergence of myofibroblastic CAF–associated features, accompanied by increased
