Prioritizing site groups for intrinsic biodiversity assets using complementarity and not just rarity
Conservation Science and Practice, EarlyView.Conservation practitioners rightfully focus on at‐risk species when valuing biodiversity assets and prioritizing spatial units. We compared and combined numbers of at‐risk species with four other community metrics using surveys of vascular plants at wetlands in a preserve network in Illinois, USA.

Collective Bargaining and Monopsony: The Regulation of Noncompete Agreements in France
Industrial Relations: A Journal of Economy and Society, EarlyView.ABSTRACT Can collective bargaining mitigate monopsony power? This paper studies the extent to which collective agreements regulating employee noncompete clauses affect firm‐level markdowns in French manufacturing. Using a staggered difference‐in‐differences design, we find that such regulation reduces markdowns by 1.3%–2.2% on average.
