Duodenal Carcinoma—A Curable Disease
Upsala Journal of Medical Sciences, 1988 During a five-year-period 9 cases of duodenal carcinoma were treated. Eight of the patients were resected and 7 of them survived more than 5 years without signs of recurrent disease. Aggressive therapy, including radiotherapy and chemotherapy in cases with lymph node metastases, might in some way explain the good results.

RIPK4 function interferes with melanoma cell adhesion and metastasis
Molecular Oncology, EarlyView.RIPK4 promotes melanoma growth and spread. RIPK4 levels increase as skin lesions progress to melanoma. CRISPR/Cas9‐mediated deletion of RIPK4 causes melanoma cells to form less compact spheroids, reduces their migratory and invasive abilities and limits tumour growth and dissemination in mouse models.
