Abstract Peutz–Jeghers syndrome (PJS) is a rare genetic disorder characterized by hamartomatous polyps and mucocutaneous hyperpigmented freckles, whereas Crohn's disease (CD) is a condition characterized by chronic intestinal inflammation. Case report of a gastric bezoar causing anterograde gastroduodenal intussusception requiring surgical intervention in a 15‐year‐old female

Abstract Gastroduodenal bezoars are masses of indigestible material that accumulate within the stomach and may lead to obstruction. We present a young female who presented with abdominal pain, nausea, and vomiting, and was found to have a large gastric bezoar extending into the duodenum, resulting in gastroduodenal intussusception.
