Systemic, Lifestyle and Environmental Modifying Factors in the Pathogenesis of Periodontitis
A variety of impacting factors in the pathogenesis of periodontitis exist, including systemic, lifestyle, and environmental factors. This review highlights the manifold mechanistic aspects of the link between the pathogenesis of periodontitis, addressing these numerous factors to supplement the long‐standing knowledge of the progression of the disease.

Remote Sensing of Endogenous Pigmentation by Inducible Synthetic Circuits in Grasses
ABSTRACT Plant synthetic biology holds great promise for engineering plants to meet future demands. Genetic circuits are being designed, built and tested in plants to demonstrate the proof of concept. However, developing these components in monocots, which the world relies on for grain, lags behind dicot models, such as Arabidopsis thaliana and ...

Infection Risk From Humans and Animals in the Anatomy Laboratory: A Scoping Review
ABSTRACT Whole‐body dissection is a cornerstone of anatomy education. During and following the COVID‐19 pandemic, exposure to infectious agents and other risks of dissection were highlighted. To identify potential risks, one must have the data outlining these risks in specific situations.

Defining Scales of Field Studies and Experiments to Assess Marine Cloud Brightening
Abstract Solar radiation modification (SRM) is being discussed as a potential option for addressing climate risks while atmospheric greenhouse gas concentrations are reduced to lower levels. However, understanding of the potential efficacy, impacts, benefits and harms of different SRM approaches remains limited.

Relative Humidity Influences Aureobasidium pullulans Degradation of Polyester Polyurethane Foam
The plant pathogen Aureobasidium pullulans' ability to degrade polyurethane foam is impacted by Equilibrium Relative Humidity (ERH). These impacts can be observed through foam weight loss, scanning electron microscopy (SEM), fungal growth, and cutinase gene expression.
