Is the Corporate Director\u27s Duty of Care A Fiduciary\u27 Duty? Does It Matter?
While reference to fiduciary duties (plural) is routinely employed in the United States as a convenient short-hand for a corporate director\u27s duties of care and loyalty, other common-law countries generally treat loyalty as the sole fiduciary duty.

Electrically Readable Lateral Flow Assay Using Organic Transistors for Diagnostic Applications
Electrolyte‐gated organic field‐effect transistors (EGOFETs) are integrated with lateral flow (LF) paper fluidics to create a reusable, portable, and low‐cost point‐of‐care (PoC) diagnostic test. The devices are validated for Human Immunoglobulin G detection, achieving high sensitivity (0.1 fm), selectivity, and reproducibility with rapid results in 20–

The Duty Of Loyalty And Prohıbıtıon Of Competıtıon In Respect Of The Lımıted Companıes

Atomistic Mechanisms Triggered by Joule Heating Effects in Metallic Cu‐Bi Nanowires for Spintronics
Bi doped metallic Cu nanowires are promising for spintronics thanks to the stabilization of a giant spin Hall effect. However, heat resulting from current injection forces Bi to leave solution, forcing segregation into monoatomic decorations which evolve into coherent crystalline aggregates.

In Situ Amine Formation to Modulate MOF‐Derived PdIn N‐Doped Carbon Catalysts
An amine‐assisted approach converts PdIn‐MOF into PdIn intermetallic nanoparticles embedded in N‐doped carbon. In situ‐generated amines trigger early Pd nucleation, producing smaller PdIn domains than direct pyrolysis. Amine sterics and basicity tune composition and particle size, while solvent and amine co‐determine textural features.

The neoliberal (il)legitimacy of the duty of loyalty
The reformulated duty of loyalty now found in s 172 of the Companies Act 2006 has been seen as imprecise or an ambiguous development for directors’ duties. It has generated debate about what is the best reading of the duty, the most fundamental aspect of

Basic Principles Underlying Duty of Loyalty
When the nation\u27s 25th and 47th largest banks, The Union Trust Co. and the Guardian Trust Co. of Cleveland, cracked up in 1933, Ohio\u27s Supreme Court cracked down on the violation of an old but little known rule of fiduciary law: the duty of ...

Correlated Charge Transport in an Organic Coulomb Glass
ABSTRACT Advances in the development of organic field‐effect transistors (OFETs), electrically gated organic semiconductors (EGOFETs), and organic electrochemical transistors (OECTs) allow for the operation of these devices at very high charge‐carrier densities, where Coulomb interactions between carriers can be expected to become significant.
