Challenges in developing and implementing the strategy of DVB-T to DVB-T2 transition
2015 57th International Symposium ELMAR (ELMAR), 2015In this paper the technical opportunities to improve existing digital terrestrial television system (DVB-T) are defined. The framework for the national strategy of DVB-T to DVB-T2 transition is established. The opportunities and risks of implementing the strategy are analyzed, and directions for Croatia are made.
