Wildlife Letters, EarlyView.We staged dyadic interaction trials between two kangaroo rat species threatened by habitat loss to test whether one species dominates in direct interactions in the field. Social Dynamics in Zoo‐Housed Bush Dogs (Speothos venaticus) Following Group Changes
Zoo Biology, EarlyView.We observed a pack of bush dogs over 10 months to measure changes in group structure following the birth of a pup and removal of an adult female. The pack displayed a robust social network and a single social hierarchy, with higher ranking members having more influence on collective movements.
