Bond dynamics in arbitrary lattices

Abstract We treat the quantum mechanics/dynamics of lattices in arbitrary dimensions, with arbitrary topology - whether crystalline or amorphous - whether elastic or inelastic. The method is a generalization of a transformation which has been successful for one- or two-dimensional structures, from site to bond coordinates.
