Scattering of relativistic electrons in a strong electromagnetic field with allowance for the internal dynamics of the target

Theoretical and Mathematical Physics, 1993
Stimulated bremsstrahlung of relativistic electrons in a strong electromagnetic field is considered. Polarization of the target in the external field, and also its excitation are taken into account. Expressions are obtained for the differential cross section of the process in a field of linear or circular polarization.

FSV-based evaluation of electromagnetic scattering characteristics of deformed target

International Conference on Advances in Cybersecurity, 2019
Many factors will cause obvious difference of the electromagnetic scattering characteristics of an aircraft when it is in its static state and in dynamic flying state. Shape deformation is such a factor which occurs during flying state.

Application of computational fluid dynamics methods to a numerical study of electromagnetic wave scattering phenomena

Journal of Applied Physics, 1988
The scattering of electromagnetic waves by an obstacle is formulated as a boundary value problem analogous to the fluid dynamic problem of flows past the obstacle. The transformed Helmholtz equation in terms of Debye amplitude functions can be solved numerically in a manner similar to the solution of governing fluid flow equations.
