Time after time – circadian clocks through the lens of oscillator theory
Oscillator theory bridges physics and circadian biology. Damped oscillators require external drivers, while limit cycles emerge from delayed feedback and nonlinearities. Coupling enables tissue‐level coherence, and entrainment aligns internal clocks with environmental cues.

Oil shocks and National Development Fund dynamics, new Keynesians Dynamic Stochastic General Equilibrium (DSGE) [PDF]
Today, the National Development Fund due to the important role that play in dealing with oil revenue shocks, they are considered by the oil countries as an effective mechanism for managing oil revenues. Therefore, a new Keynesians DSGE model with respect

Sequence determinants of RNA G‐quadruplex unfolding by Arg‐rich regions
We show that Arg‐rich peptides selectively unfold RNA G‐quadruplexes, but not RNA stem‐loops or DNA/RNA duplexes. This length‐dependent activity is inhibited by acidic residues and is conserved among SR and SR‐related proteins (SRSF1, SRSF3, SRSF9, U1‐70K, and U2AF1).

Evaluation of Steady State Gap in Policy Making for Iranian Economy Simulation of a Dynamic General Equilibrium OLG Model [PDF]
Evaluation of several decades’ policy experience in Iranian economy indicates the existance of a gap between its current state and targeted state. The simulated steady state of Economy using a dynamic general equilibrium OLG model shows that there are ...

We identified a systemic, progressive loss of protein S‐glutathionylation—detected by nonreducing western blotting—alongside dysregulation of glutathione‐cycle enzymes in both neuronal and peripheral tissues of Taiwanese SMA mice. These alterations were partially rescued by SMN antisense oligonucleotide therapy, revealing persistent redox imbalance as ...

Post-Keynesian dynamic stochastic general equilibrium theory* [PDF]
This paper explains the connection between ideas developed in my recent books and papers and those of economists who self-identify as post-Keynesians. My own work is both neoclassical and ‘old Keynesian.’ Much of my published work assumes that people have rational expectations and that ‘animal spirits’ should be modeled as a new fundamental.

CDK11 inhibition stabilises the tumour suppressor p53 and triggers the production of an alternative p21WAF1 splice variant p21L, through the inactivation of the spliceosomal protein SF3B1. Unlike the canonical p21WAF1 protein, p21L is localised in the cytoplasm and has reduced cell cycle‐blocking activity.
