IEEE Transactions on Power Systems, 1998
A new dynamic reactive load model for power system dynamic voltage stability studies is introduced in this paper. The model is measurement-based and incorporates the effect of voltage regulating equipment, specifically, switched distribution capacitor banks and subtransmission substation on-load tap changer transformers.

In this chapter we present experimental results concerning identification of dynamic parameters of a load hold by a robot. There are ten dynamic parameters of the load namely mass, three parameters of the centre of mass multiplied by its mass, and six parameters of the inertia tensor, all together, ten parameters.

Statistical Aspects of Dynamic Loads
Journal of the Aeronautical Sciences, 1953In many dynamic stress problems, the knowledge of the physical phenomena is not precise enough to justify exact predictions with respect to the results of each individual observation. On the one hand, the loading is never exactly known, and on the other, the physical system may be so complicated that detailed calculations for the prediction of dynamic ...

Dynamic Loading of Normal Joints
Rheumatic Disease Clinics of North America, 1988The biomechanics of joints are discussed with regard to the relative motion of the bones controlled by a combination of muscle forces, condylar shape, and ligamentous constraints. The author describes the joint reaction forces that are a result of muscle forces, and provides a detailed description of joint loads to the hip and knee.
