Tumors contain diverse cellular states whose behavior is shaped by context‐dependent gene coordination. By comparing gene–gene relationships across biological contexts, we identify adaptive transcriptional modules that reorganize into distinct vulnerability axes.

RIPK4 function interferes with melanoma cell adhesion and metastasis
RIPK4 promotes melanoma growth and spread. RIPK4 levels increase as skin lesions progress to melanoma. CRISPR/Cas9‐mediated deletion of RIPK4 causes melanoma cells to form less compact spheroids, reduces their migratory and invasive abilities and limits tumour growth and dissemination in mouse models.

COMP–PMEPA1 axis promotes epithelial‐to‐mesenchymal transition in breast cancer cells
This study reveals that cartilage oligomeric matrix protein (COMP) promotes epithelial‐to‐mesenchymal transition (EMT) in breast cancer. We identify PMEPA1 (protein TMEPAI) as a novel COMP‐binding partner that mediates EMT via binding to the TSP domains of COMP, establishing the COMP–PMEPA1 axis as a key EMT driver in breast cancer.

Pre‐analytical handling critically determines liquid biopsy performance. This study defines practical best‐practice conditions for cell‐free DNA (cfDNA) and extracellular vesicle–derived DNA (evDNA), showing how processing time, storage conditions, tube type, and plasma input volume affect DNA integrity and mutation detection.

Dynamic Loadings Of Precastretaining Walls
The research aims for the selection of a suitable retaining wall amongst two types of precast concrete walls under dynamic loads (wave pressure). The first wall is of a triangular cross section and has the dimensions (3)m (in height) by (2.2) m (in width) by (0.25-0.3) m (in thickness) and the width of piece (1.44) m. The second wall has dimensions of (

Loss of the miR‐214/199a cluster is associated with recurrence in ovarian cancer. Engineered small extracellular vesicles (m214‐sEVs) elevate miR‐214‐3p/miR‐199a‐5p in tumor cells, suppress β‐catenin, TLR4, and YKT6 signaling, reprogram tumor‐derived sEV cargo, reduce chemoresistance and migration, and enhance carboplatin efficacy and survival in ...

Reloading mechanical characteristics of cemented tailings backfill after dynamic loading action
Blasting excavation and cavity filling are the core means of filling mining in underground metal mine. As the core load-bearing unit of cavity, the backfill is inevitably subjected to the blasting dynamic load perturbation of adjacent ore body, which in ...

Keratin 19 (KRT19) is overexpressed in high‐grade serous ovarian cancer with high levels of Kallikrein‐related peptidases (KLK) 4–7 and is associated with poor survival. In vivo analyses demonstrate that elevated KRT19 increases peritoneal tumour burden.

Loading device for oncoming dynamic loading
Methods of running and testing of parts, units and aggregates under load in case of transferring required drive torques through them are considered. The method of loading by oncoming drive torques using inertial loaders is theoretically substantiated.
