REGULARIZED ESTIMATION OF DYNAMIC PANEL MODELS
Econometric Theory, 2022In a dynamic panel data model, the number of moment conditions increases rapidly with the time dimension, resulting in a large dimensional covariance matrix of the instruments. As a consequence, the generalized method of moments (GMM) estimator exhibits a large bias in small samples, especially when the autoregressive parameter is close to unity.

Nonlinear Dynamic Buckling of Sandwich Panels
Journal of Applied Mechanics, 1976Nonlinear dynamic buckling of simply supported rectangular sandwich panels with isotropic cores and with initial curvature under transverse loads is analyzed. The large deflection sandwich panel equations proposed by Reissner are solved using a trigonometric series spacewise and by Houbolt scheme for timewise integration.

Convective Dynamics: Panel Report
1990Convective dynamics is an important area of scientific inquiry to which research, employing the use of radar, has made substantial contributions. Historically, radar data have contributed to studies of precipitating convection and convective processes in the clear, planetary boundary-layer (PBL).

Most of the economic relationships involve dynamic adjustment processes. Dynamic model in panel data framework is very much popular in labour economics, development economics and, in general, macroeconomics. The inclusion of lag dependent variable as a regressor provides dynamic adjustment in an econometric model.

JIVE FOR PANEL DYNAMIC SIMULTANEOUS EQUATIONS MODELS
Econometric Theory, 2017We consider the method of moments estimation of a structural equation in a panel dynamic simultaneous equations model under different sample size combinations of cross-sectional dimension,N, and time series dimension,T. Two types of linear transformation to remove the individual-specific effects from the model, first difference and forward orthogonal ...

Panel Methods in Computational Fluid Dynamics
Annual Review of Fluid Mechanics, 1990in the field of computational fluid dynamics that the more generally the physics of the flow is modeled by a method, the less general is the boundary geometry to which the method is applicable. Part of the difficulty lies in the stringent requirements on the calculational grid in the field of flow.

Dynamic Denting of Autobody Panels
SAE Technical Paper Series, 1976<div class="htmlview paragraph">Dynamic denting properties of aluminum and steel autobody panels have been experimentally measured under controlled conditions. Material, geometric and dynamic factors have been graphically and statistically evaluated to determine design equations. For impact velocities of 20-60 mph and sheet gauges of 0.027-0.040″,

In this chapter we discusses methods of dynamic panel data estimation. It is well known that the use of the lagged dependent variable as a right hand side variable introduces specific estimation problems, especially the fixed effects estimator becoming biased.
