Laser‐induced graphene (LIG) provides a scalable, laser‐direct‐written route to porous graphene architecture with tunable chemistry and defect density. Through heterojunction engineering, catalytic functionalization, and intrinsic self‐heating, LIG achieves highly sensitive and selective detection of NOX, NH3, H2, and humidity, supporting next ...

A review of barriers in implementing dynamic electricity pricing to achieve cost-causality
Rapidly changing economics, customer preferences, and policy to address climate change and local environmental pollutants have driven increased deployment of a wide range of distributed energy resources in the U.S. electricity system.

Real-time Tactical and Strategic Sales Management for Intelligent Agents Guided By Economic Regimes [PDF]
Many enterprises that participate in dynamic markets need to make product pricing and inventory resource utilization decisions in real-time. We describe a family of statistical models that address these needs by combining characterization of the economic

This study is pioneering in constructing the shortest known synthetic pathway for L‐theanine production from xylose within E coli. Through comprehensive metabolic engineering strategies, our engineered strain achieved the highest reported L‐theanine titer from xylose, with a titer of 95.42 g/L, and a yield of 0.55 g/g.

Sustainable KCl‐Assisted PbI2 Recycling for High‐Performance Quantum Dot Solar Cells
An additive‐assisted lead recycling strategy is developed by introducing trace KCl during PbI2 recrystallization from spent lead‐acid batteries. KCl regulates crystallization and impurity removal, yielding high‐purity PbI2 and enabling the formation of colloidally stable PbS and CsPbI3 quantum dots.

Monopoly Pricing of Experience Goods [PDF]
We develop a dynamic model of experience goods pricing with independent private valuations. We show that the optimal paths of sales and prices can be described in terms of a simple dichotomy. In a mass market, prices are declining over time.

Prostate cancer remains a leading cause of male cancer death, yet screening cannot reliably identify aggressive disease, underscoring the need for tissue biomarkers. It is shown that primary tumors increase ER–plasma membrane junction signaling via STIM1/ORP5, whereas metastasis features their loss, Golgi dispersal, and rapid conversion of high‐mannose
