This paper describes the modeling of recurring congestion in a network. It is shown that the standard economic models of marginal cost cannot describe precisely traffic congestion in networks during time-dependent conditions.

m1A‐Dependent TRMT6/61A‐ARG2 Axis Drives Protumorigenic Senescence by Remodeling the Tumor Microenvironment

Uncovering a new layer of translational control, this study reveals how TRMT6/TRMT61A‐mediated tRNA‐m1A methylation drives pro‐tumorigenic senescence in colorectal cancer. By selectively enhancing ARG2 translation, this epitranscriptomic axis triggers an NF‐κB‐dependent SASP.

Systematic Metabolic Engineering and Model‐Guided Optimization for High‐Level Production of L‐Theanine from Xylose in Escherichia coli

This study is pioneering in constructing the shortest known synthetic pathway for L‐theanine production from xylose within E coli. Through comprehensive metabolic engineering strategies, our engineered strain achieved the highest reported L‐theanine titer from xylose, with a titer of 95.42 g/L, and a yield of 0.55 g/g.
