DYNAMIC SURFACE PROPERTIES OF FIBRIN
Коллоидный журнал, 2023Fibrin is formed via polymerization of one of the main blood proteins, fibrinogen, under the action of an enzyme, thrombin. Dynamic surface elasticity and dynamic surface tension of mixed solutions of fibrinogen and thrombin are measured as functions of surface age and enzyme concentration (50–800 U/L).

Dynamical Properties of Timed Automata
Discrete Event Dynamic Systems, 1998The author shows the standard approach for performing reachability analysis is not correct when the clocks drift even by a very small amount. To prove the correctness of a given algorithm, the understanding of the dynamics of timed automata, in particular, the structure of the limit cycles of timed automata, is needed.

This chapter provides a foundation for further research into the relationship between dynamic oligomeric properties and functional diversity. The structural basis that underlies the conformational sub-states of the GAPDH oligomer is discussed. The issue of protein stability is given a thorough analysis, since it is well-established that the primary ...

Dynamically inferring temporal properties
Proceedings of the 5th ACM SIGPLAN-SIGSOFT workshop on Program analysis for software tools and engineering, 2004Model checking requires a specification of the target system's desirable properties, some of which are temporal. Formulating a temporal property of the system based on either its abstract model or implementation requires a deep understanding of its behavior and sophisticated knowledge of the chosen formalism.

Dynamic mechanical properties of elastin
Biopolymers, 1979AbstractThe dynamic mechanical properties of water‐swollen elastin under physiological conditions have been investigated. When elastin is tested as a colsed, fixed‐volume system, mechanical data could be temperature shifted to produce master curves.

Dynamical properties of piano soundboards
The Journal of the Acoustical Society of America, 2013In pianos, the transfer of energy from strings to soundboard and the radiation of sound are highly dependent on the dynamical properties of the soundboard. In this paper, a numerical study is conducted for various rib configurations, showing that even slight irregularities in rib spacing can induce a strong localization of the soundboard velocity ...

Dynamic mechanical properties of amalgams
Journal of Biomedical Materials Research, 1981AbstractA recently developed dynamic mechanical analysis technique was utilized to determine the setting rates of dental amalgams. Via a compound parallel beam apparatus the dynamic mechanical properties of five amalgam materials were continuously measured at 37°C within ca. 7 min after the start of trituration.

Dynamical Properties of Solitons
1985Up to the present, a comprehensive study of a large number of nonlinear equations describing free solitons has been carried out. However, the possibility of using the term “soliton” for the explanation of many phenomena in physics and applied sciences is inevitably related to the study of physical conditions in the system examined which lead to the ...

Adaptation properties for dynamic architectures
1979 International Workshop on Managing Requirements Knowledge (MARK), 1979The main characteristic of most powerful parallel systems is that their architecture is oriented towards specific types of problems to be computed. Such an orientation limits the range of tasks that can be effectively solved. As a result, systems are produced in small quantities which must bear all the costs of software and hardware development, and ...
