Statistical Forecasting of Producer Price Index for Foods, Beverages and Tobaccos
Food and beverage industry is the most significant industry for the Ukrainian economy: it accounts for nearly 1/4 in the total industrial sales, and nearly 1/5 in the total exports. This raises the importance of forecasting key indicators of the industry

Fitting dynamic factor models to non-stationary time series
Factor modelling of a large time series panel has widely proven useful to reduce its cross-sectional dimensionality. This is done by explaining common co-movements in the panel through the existence of a small number of common components, up to some ...

A PROPOSAL TO OBTAIN A LONG QUARTERLY CHILEAN GDP SERIES [PDF]
An important limitation in order to specify and estimate a macroeconomic model that describes the Chilean economy resides in using variables with sufficient number of observations that allow for a reliable econometric estimation.

Malformin A1–mediated cytotoxicity in ovarian cancer cells occurs through pyroptosis and autophagy
This study investigated the effects of the natural compound Malformin A1 (MA1) on the cytoskeleton that regulates cell proliferation and migration. Disruption of the cytoskeleton can impair these processes and promote cancer cell death. MA1 disrupted cytoskeletal organization, induced DNA damage, inflammation, activated autophagy, and pyroptosis ...

Aging Is a Key Driver for Adult Acute Myeloid Leukemia
Acute myeloid leukemia (AML) is a classical age‐related hematologic malignancy, and a key driver of AML is aging, which profoundly regulates intrinsic factors such as genomic instability, epigenetic reprogramming, and metabolic dysregulation, and alters bone marrow microenvironment.

Data-Adaptive Dynamic Time Warping-Based Multivariate Time Series Fuzzy Clustering
Multivariate time series (MTS) clustering has become a critical research area. Current methods typically rely on space projection or representation learning for clustering but tend to overlook the significance and contribution of MTS dimensions, leading ...

Estimation and forecasting in large datasets with conditionally heteroskedastic dynamic common factors [PDF]
We propose a new method for multivariate forecasting which combines Dynamic Factor and multivariate GARCH models. The information contained in large datasets is captured by few dynamic common factors, which we assume being conditionally heteroskedastic ...

Long‐Term Follow‐Up of Chemotherapy‐Associated Biological Aging in Women With Early Breast Cancer
Women threated with adjuvant chemotherapy for early breast cancer have sustained long‐term increase in p16INK4a,, a robust marker of cell senescence, suggesting a chemotherapy‐associated age acceleration. p16INK4a as well as other biomarkers may identify patients at greatest risk for senescence‐related diseases of aging.

ABSTRACT Objective Super‐Refractory Status Epilepticus (SRSE) is a rare, life‐threatening neurological emergency with unclear etiology in many cases. Mitochondrial dysfunction, often due to disease‐causing genetic variants, is increasingly recognized as a cause, with each gene producing distinct pathophysiological mechanisms.

Compositional Time Series: Past and Present [PDF]
This survey reviews diverse academic production on compositional dynamic series analysis. Although time dimension of compositional series has been little investigated, this kind of data structure is widely available and utilized in social sciences ...
