Dynamic shear responses of polymer-polymer interfaces
In multi-component soft matter, interface properties often play a key role in determining the properties of the overall system. The identification of the internal dynamic structures in non-equilibrium situations requires the interface rheology to be ...

Stretching the Printability Metric in Direct‐Ink Writing with Highly Extensible Yield‐Stress Fluids
This study introduces “drawability” as a new metric for assessing printability in direct‐ink writing, focusing on gap‐spanning performance and speed robustness. By designing yield‐stress fluids with high extensibility, we demonstrate that extensional strain‐to‐break significantly enhances printability.

Influence of load interval on dynamic properties of subgrade fill in cold regions
The real simulation of vehicle loads is the key to studying the dynamic behaviors of subgrade fill in cold regions. Considering the time interval between adjacent vehicles, a series of dynamic triaxial tests with continuous and intermittent cyclic ...

Research on Comparison of the Maximum Dynamic Shear Modulus Test
AbstractDynamic soil modulus and damping ratio are the two basic parameters to describe dynamic deformation characteristics of the soil. There are three ways to obtain soil dynamics parameters i.e. field test, laboratory test, and calculating empirical. Silt loam samples were collected from Dongying area in this study.

The Green’s functions of a vertically inhomogeneous soil with a random dynamic shear modulus [PDF]
Abstract This paper deals with the study of the Green’s functions of a layered soil with random characteristics. The dynamic shear modulus of the soil is modelled as a non-Gaussian random process that varies in the vertical direction and is characterized by a marginal probability density function and a correlation function.
