Advanced Science, EarlyView.This study identifies ARID1B as a chromatin‐bound driver of tumor growth in TNBC. ARID1B impairs ARID1A function and directly activates oncogenic programs through SWI/SNF remodeling. Its nuclear localization, mediated by the KPNA2–KPNB1–RANBP2 import machinery, is essential for its tumor‐promoting activity.
