Studying freeze-out and hadronization in the Landau hydrodynamical model
We study the rapidity spectra in ultra-relativistic heavy ion collisions in the framework of the Landau hydrodynamical model. We find that thermal smearing effects improve the agreement with experimental results on pion rapidity spectra.

ABSTRACT Background Family strengths can be used to help families adapt to hardship and strain. However, meta‐analytic evidence of the effectiveness of family involvement interventions on fear of cancer recurrence (FCR) in women with breast cancer and their caregivers is lacking.

Long range two-particle rapidity correlations in A+A collisions from high energy QCD evolution
Long range rapidity correlations in A+A collisions are sensitive to strong color field dynamics at early times after the collision. These can be computed in a factorization formalism \cite{GelisLV5} which expresses the $n$-gluon inclusive spectrum at ...

ABSTRACT Disasters exacerbate political tensions, making politicians more vulnerable to criticisms from both internal and external actors. This vulnerability fuels political actors' desire to undermine their rivals' popularity through blame games. While blame games are frequent and intense in Turkish politics, how they are linguistically constructed ...

Turkish Voter Response to Government Incompetence and Corruption Related to the 1999 Earthquakes [PDF]
The two major earthquakes which struck northwestern Turkey in 1999, caused enormous amounts of death and destruction, and exposed rampant government corruption involving construction and zoning code violations, as a factor magnifying the disaster.

Agriculture 4.0 as a way forward to sustainable agriculture in Australia
Abstract Background Agriculture in Australia faces significant challenges driven by climate change, including extreme weather events, prolonged droughts, biodiversity loss and declining productivity. These pressures demand innovative solutions to ensure the sustainability and resilience of agricultural systems.

ABSTRACT Background The fear of cancer recurrence (FCR) levels reported by caregivers are as high as those reported by women with breast cancer, with some caregivers even reporting FCR levels higher than women with breast cancer. The recognition of factors associated with caregiver FCR is important for providing proactive support to caregivers at risk.

Dyp ekstubasjon – En kunnskapsbasert fagprosedyre
