FERTILITY AND DYSGERMINOMA OVARII
The Journal of Clinical Endocrinology & Metabolism, 1948PREGNANCIES have occurred in the presence of or after the removal of dysgerminomata. The harborers of these rare ovarian tumors, which are usually on the right side, are not necessarily sterile. These patients may be grouped into those with normal pelvic organs and secondary sex characteristics; and those who have coincidentally undeveloped genitalia ...

Dysgerminoma complicating labor
American Journal of Obstetrics and Gynecology, 1956Abstract A case of dysgerminoma of the ovary is presented which was considered unusual because it complicated delivery of a term intrauterine pregnancy. Delivery was effected by low segment cesarean section and a right oophorectomy was done. The patient is alive and physical findings are normal four years after operation.

The Oocytic Origin of Dysgerminoma
International Journal of Gynecological Pathology, 1986An early dysgerminoma, found by chance in a grossly normal ovary, was completely blocked and multiply sectioned. It was found to have a mainly cortical location, being densest in the subtunical and adjacent zones where primordial follicles are normally most numerous, and to be associated with a reduction of the oocyte count in tumor-involved areas.
