Abstract A case of dysgerminoma of the ovary is presented which was considered unusual because it complicated delivery of a term intrauterine pregnancy. Delivery was effected by low segment cesarean section and a right oophorectomy was done. The patient is alive and physical findings are normal four years after operation.
