Dysgerminoma complicating labor
American Journal of Obstetrics and Gynecology, 1956Abstract A case of dysgerminoma of the ovary is presented which was considered unusual because it complicated delivery of a term intrauterine pregnancy. Delivery was effected by low segment cesarean section and a right oophorectomy was done. The patient is alive and physical findings are normal four years after operation.

Abstract A case of dysgerminoma of the right ovary is reported in a twenty-seven year old white female, who had been in good health until two weeks before entry into the hospital, with the symptoms of abdominal distention, pulling sensation in both flanks, backache and pain radiating to both shoulders.
