Effectiveness and Safety of Dupilumab Monotherapy in Japanese Patients With Chronic Rhinosinusitis With Nasal Polyps

In this phase 4, open‐label, single‐arm, multicenter study, dupilumab monotherapy was associated with reductions from baseline to week 24 (primary endpoint) in the bilateral endoscopic Nasal Polyp Score (NPS) in 25 Japanese adults with inadequately controlled chronic rhinosinusitis with nasal polyps on standard care therapies.
